Scott Richards of Quairading in the Wheatbelt is the newest member of the Primaries Real Estate team. Scott, who has leased his cropping, still runs the sheep enterprise on his farm which is on the Quairading / Beverley boundary. He also does sheep husbandry work around the district. Scott and his wife Sharon are well known within the town, being active members on many local committees. Scott is very active in the town, he is on the Co-op board, on the Football club committee, Ag society committee and plays golf and tennis. Having lived his whole life in the district, he is well placed to offer a very good service in all aspects of real estate.
